For more than 30 years, The Good Samaritan Inn has served on the front lines of hunger relief in Decatur, and now the need is greater than ever.

Our noon meal is more than a lunch - it means more money for bills like utilities, rent, car payments, or childcare. It can be fuel for students who may otherwise go without during virtual learning. 

Supporting us helps keep people from falling into further hardship during an unprecedented time of need and beyond.

The annual Empty Chili Bowl Fundraiser is on November 17, 2020. There are many ways to get involved:

• Businesses/Individuals can sponsor the event

• Businesses can pre-order office lunch to be delivered in a designated time window

• Individuals can pre-order & pick-up a drive-thru chili dinner

• Donations are accepted
