Become a Vendor

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Mercy Market vendor!

Our 2025 Mercy Market season runs from June 7th- October 11th

We prioritize vendors who:

  • Are local to Central Illinois

  • Share our passion for increasing access to fresh, local food; quality entertainment; and high-quality goods

  • Will commit to a regular (weekly or monthly) booth

  • Are ready to have FUN!

Vendors are expected to:

  • Be set up by 7:45AM and stay until 12:00PM

  • Provide everything they need to set up, tear down, and engage the community

  • Be kind and courteous to all customers

  • Respect and clean up your area before, during, and after the Market

  • Grow their produce personally and locally

  • Abide by all other aspects of the vendor agreement.

Vendor costs:

VENDOR BOOTH FEES

  • 12’ x 12’ or 24' x 12' space: $10/week

    • SEASONAL (19 WEEKS) = 15% discount: $161/season (=$28.5 seasonal discount if paid in advance) 

COMMUNITY GROUPS

  • We want to encourage community groups and do not want a fee to discourage your attendance. If you have a budget and want to support the market, we have the following suggested donations:   

    • 12’ x 12’  or 24' x 12' space: Suggested Donation: $5/week
